Why Book a Private Tasting
Our shared tastings are small and personal, but sometimes you want the whole experience to yourselves. A private booking means no strangers, no fixed schedule, and a tasting that moves at your pace. You can linger in the grove, ask every question you have, and take your time over the aperitivo.
It is also the only way to book on a date that doesn't appear in our shared calendar. If you have a specific day in mind, just ask.
What You Can Customise
- 📅 Date and time. Any date that works for you. Morning or afternoon.
- 👥 Group size. From one person to larger groups, the flat rate covers everyone.
- 🍷 Food pairings. We can extend the aperitivo with additional local produce on request.
- 🌍 Language. The tasting is available in English, French and Italian.
