"The olive tasting was amazing. Arianna was incredibly warm and inviting. Her passion for her family business shines through and makes this experience incredibly unique and enjoyable. For the olive oil itself, we've never tasted anything like it."

"Highly recommend. We travelled up from Otranto for an amazing afternoon with Arianna and David. Their beautiful masseria is surrounded by incredible olive groves in a simply serene setting. Arianna has so much love for her trees and talks with such passion. A fascinating, unforgettable experience."

Four Generations. One Grove.
In 1885, Vincenzo planted the first olive tree on this land, a few kilometres from the sun-baked coast of Puglia. Four generations later, his great-granddaughter Arianna still tends these trees with the same care.
The masseria, a fortified farmhouse dating to the 13th century, remains the heart of production. Arianna studied economics in Rome, the Netherlands and France before returning to Puglia. As a certified EVOO sommelier, she now guides visitors through the art of olive oil tasting.
David, our wine sommelier, is always by your side during the tasting. And Giovanni makes sure every guest feels right at home the moment they arrive.
